Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipping.
A tracking number will be added 2-3 days after your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received a tracking number after this time, please reach out to us via email.
When emailing us, please include your order number from your initial confirmation email or SMS to help us locate your order quickly.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided at 4PX Tracking.

Currently, all orders are shipped from China, so delivery can take up to 15 days depending on your location and customs processing.
We are actively working on holding stock in the UK, which will significantly reduce delivery times for future orders.
